I already left a review... Horrible
On Thanksgiving Eve, returned vehicle and within the hour called Toby the branch Manager in regards to the stroller we left in the trunk. He answered and agreed to hold it for us. Then proceeded to rent out the car WITH the stroller in the trunk. When my husband went for it the day after thanksgiving, he pretended not to know what we were talking about and told us the vehicle was rented. I rent a car here for like one month never had a problem with the car never even got bother by them at any giving time when it was time to take it back every one was friendly form day one to the last day and the price i had to pay was mind blowing i mean i couldnt believe it was not that expensive i will rent here again if need to
