I booked an Osteo session as I had a lot of muscle stiffness and discomfort . From my first session with Tom the stiffness in my leg (present since an ankle surgery four months prior) improved and I could walk more freely. Over the course of a few sessions my tense shoulders became more loose and I started to sleep better. Tom has made a huge difference in getting my body get back to normal.

Booked and cancelled within 15 minutes with 3 days notice.deducted £5 from my refund. Good morning Theresa. I'm so sorry that you are feeling upset by this. I am the clinic owner, and we struggled for years when cancellations were made by new patients before coming in for an appointment, as we had so many costs on this. So a few years ago we had to put in to the booking conditional that £5 was non refundable as otherwise we would be losing money. Jo (Herts Osteopathy) has helped me so much over the past 4 years. I discovered her when I was pregnant with my third child in my mid forties and having excruciating joint and lower back pain. I honestly think Jo got me through the pregnancy and those first few months after childbirth - she literally realigned me! Jo is still my first port of call with any new issue and her health and well being advice over the years has been invaluable. I cannot recommend her enough.

Highly recommend Jo, very knowledgeable and supportive. Jo supported me through the postnatal period and beyond, after conflicting advice from the NHS.
