Got my braces done in my native America and once relocating back to the UK, I was really having trouble finding a practice to take on the American brackets. Dr Shamique was willing and was a pleasure to work with, he handled my teeth with care and I was happy with the end result. Grace at reception is also a joy, she had always remembered my name and seems to go out of her way to be helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone! 👍🏼
We have been going to Herts orthodontist for over four years and have always been very happy with the treatment that my son has received. The staff are kind and caring as well as extremely knowledgeable and my son has benefitted greatly from their help and professional service. Cannot thank all the staff enough involved in my Son’s treatment, from the friendly receptionists, the caring dental nurses and the exceptional dental orthodontist practitioners, all their help and encouragement resulted in a massive turnaround in his teeth, they are now perfect and he has a lovely smile he is proud of - would 100% recommend this practice
My son just had his braces taken off, his teeth are lovely and straight and his smile is amazing! He is so happy. The care we received over the last 2.5 years has been nothing short of excellent. Jayne looked after my son so well, taking time to explain every aspect of his treatment and answering any questions that we had. Dr Ismail and the team have been so kind and obviously care about their patients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice!
Shamique has been great from start to finish. Braces come off after 2 years and the results are far better than I could have imagined, straight teeth and post care is superb. The practice was recommended to me and glad I went with these guys. Staff are also great with fitting me in with my busy work schedule. Definitely a thumbs up from me 👍
