Have used them several times for service of my Tacoma. I always wait for the service. Very reasonable wait time, great communication about vehicle’s needs etc. Cost is reasonable.
I had such a great experience at the Toyota service department! Everyone there was seriously so amazing & kind. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The gentleman who opened the door for me every time was so polite, that small gesture meant a lot! Ceon especially was SO sweet. She kept me updated throughout the entire process & made sure I knew what was going on with my car. She just has such a warm, caring energy! Could not have had a better experience. This is the best Toyota-Chevy dealership on the shore in my opinion. It is worth the drive to Pocomoke. Everyone, from the salesman Javon to the showroom staff and finance team, treated my mom and me like gold!
