Whoever they have answering the phones here is extremely rude. Very unprofessional.
Had a warning light/service now indicator on my 2022 Outlander. Immediately made appointment. However shortly after making appointment the service light warning was no longer showing. A pic of the warning is below. Still took car for precaution and added oil change for service. A red flag popped up when I arrived and Sheridan claimed the VIN I gave over the phone was not valid. Great service very friendly and they went over every detail of the car made you feel real comfortable
Mike the service manager and Matt my service advisor were extremely helpful resolving my issue with my Mitsubishi. I came in extremely frustrated after dealing with poor service from another Mitsubishi dealership in the area. They went above and beyond and truly can’t expect better customer service from any other dealership in the tri state area. Thank you to Mike and Matt of Sheridan Mitsubishi.
