Had a weird situation while on 495 and rt 50 as we were headed to Chincoteague Island for our family vacation. Stopped by unannounced to get it checked out and the gentlemen in service were awesome. Thanks again!

I bought a Kia Niro 2023 in October 2022 with Brian Hunt and the sales manager Sean. Part of the purchase was free mats. I called numerous times after purchase for now almost two years. I've spoken with both and other managers numerous times, left multiple voicemails, and even communication with texts. I was told they were going to be delivered June 2023, still nothing. Horrible business practices promising customers certain products and never delivering. I reported to the BBB.
