Very direct, I got what I came in for, great trade value and they out right asked what I wanted and where I wanted to be in and they did it. Not show me different models and types we stayed working on what I wanted and under 3 hrs.

Purchased brand new Charger 1 year ago here. This morning " oil change required" popped up. Oil changes kept current and not due. No oil dripping anywhere. Called service dept. and explained issue. Was told possible oil leak or last person to change oil, may not have reset light. Then quoted me over $230 just to check. I purchased my car there. Hung up. Took it to Moe's in New Church Va. Mechanic listened to my issue, looked and corrected all in less then 15 minutes. Guess what? NO CHARGE.

Parts Department ordered a seat cover and heating elements for my wife’s Jeep. Waited over a year for parts to finally come in. Seat cover turned out to be a dog bed and now they won’t refund my $500 because it’s been too long. They didn’t refuse to take my money when they ordered it though and they’re the ones who looked up the parts!!
