We purchased a vehicle from Hertrich last year that had a slew of issues. Our salesman, Shawn, stood by us for everything we had to deal with to get the car replaced. He always went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us and always made us feel heard and appreciated. We liked him so much we've bought 4 more vehicles through him for our company. We'll never use anyone else! If you're considering buying, call him, you won't regret it!
Brought my car in for a few recalls, picked it up 2 days later. While driving my car 2 days later on the highway the check engine light came on. My TPCM is screwed up because of the flash recall. Now I have to bring it back to get it fixed. This is a very bad experience. Told by the service writer that that can't happen and he never heard of such a thing. I showed him proof that there was only 1 code prior to the flash and that was the steering module code, and now there's 16 codes now that didn't exist. Also my radio button... read more

Buyer be ware !! Sold me a 55 thousand dollar truck with a bad transmission . Noticed the next day when I brought the truck home . Sales manager Mike said no problem we’ll pick it up and give you a rental. Brought it back tech said he felt the problem and acknowledged it . Re flashed the trans in hope to fix it . Week later transmission still kicking . Called again Mike said they didn’t have a transmission tech at their store so they would send it to their sister store in elkton .
