I was in snow hill today and decided to go to Milford ford to look at a used vehicle that I want. I know that it was Sunday but I wish that they were open. I live 2 hrs away from that dealership.
My entire experience was great from the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot. The entire team was great but I want to give a special shout out to Ryan, Mike, and Christian. They far exceeded my expectations. They answered every question I had. They were patient as I had to reach out to my insurance for documentation I didn't have on my person. I came in to have my Ford serviced, and the experience was excellent. The staff was respectful, professional, and efficient with my time. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and knowledgeable, and the service was handled quickly and reasonably. I didn’t purchase my vehicle here, but based on this experience, I will absolutely consider buying my next vehicle here—most likely a 2024 Ford F-150.
Rather irritated that scheduling a service appointment appears to be a waste of time. 4 days after dropping off truck for repair it still has not even been looked at.
