DO.NOT.GO.HERE! WHAT A RIPOFF! We called to inquire about an approximate cost for new brakes on a 2017 F150. We were told it would be between $399 and $599, depending on whether rotors were needed. We dropped the truck off, asked to have the brakes repaired, an oil change, rotate tires, and new air filter. They called and said with everything it would be right around $1000, we approved the work. Went to pick it up today and the bill was over $1,600!! My 2015 F250 Powerstroke Diesel had a rod bearing failure in April of 2022. The truck sat at the dealership for 15 months before it was finally repaired. I was given the runaround for months. I contacted a fire chief in Boston who's news story about one of his ambulances was very similar to my truck. His Ford rep was able to do what mine and Hertrich wasn't...secure an engine. Purchased a used 2016 Chevy Trax from them 2 years ago. Turns out there was front end damage I wasn't informed about. The "excellent " warranty coverage actually covered nothing, and it was difficult getting answers about it. I have paid over $4000 in 2 years for repairs, for a bizarre combination of random engine problems. The check engine light comes on and off faster than the twinkle lights on a Christmas tree, and the codes are all random. Sometimes there's no code at all.
