The salesman Kurt Ruffling was a horrible salesman. He never suck our hands when he introduced himself, very rude towards my wife when she was asking simple questions about cars and the pricing vs website. He took us to his Desk and told us not to sit down but sent us to look at the car. He then told us to look at the car while he then took another customer and sat her at his desk while we were there waiting for him. His attitude was one of entitlement and that he was better then us.
My car has been here a few times lately and I cannot thank Hertrich enough for their HONESTY and stellar customer service. I am so thankful that my car left here without a bunch of sensors being unplugged that had nothing to do with the repair. Hertrich will continue to have my business!
Our guy was AMAZING!!! Shawn was not your average pushy salesman. We had a great time chatting in between transactions. Shawn made this daunting process a breeze from start to finish. We will DEFINITELY be getting our second car from Ford Hertrich of Milford, but more specifically, from Shawn!! 🤗🤗
update July 2026: My car is running fine. __________________________________________ Update March 2026: I returned here for an issue with my Mustang engine missing during acceleration. Since I had my plugs changed here at 183,000 and the vehicle has 186,000, I decided to have them diagnose it. Sure enough the plugs were bad, but they didn't know why. They quoted me $1,400 to replace plugs and replace one valve cover. They said that they would then further diagnose to find out why the plugs failed prematurely. Resulting in ad... read more
