UPDATE: Giving credit where credit is due! After my initial review, the dealership reached out and acknowledged that additional training was needed in how situations like mine are handled. These people are scammers because they charged me over $200 to check it out and another $1,000 for the work, and after 15 days the car was still having the same problem I brought it in for, even though it was supposed to be under warranty. Then I called them and said the car was still acting up, and they told me I had to pay another $200 for another checkup because of the shoddy work they did. Please don't give your money to these crooks.
If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Hertrich! My sales experience was seamless and Tony was great to work with.
