I came in to have my Ford serviced, and the experience was excellent. The staff was respectful, professional, and efficient with my time. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and knowledgeable, and the service was handled quickly and reasonably. I didn’t purchase my vehicle here, but based on this experience, I will absolutely consider buying my next vehicle here—most likely a 2024 Ford F-150.
Rather irritated that scheduling a service appointment appears to be a waste of time. 4 days after dropping off truck for repair it still has not even been looked at.

Whenever I've had trouble with my vehicle Karen DeAnni in Customer Service has always been able to help. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Karen really took the time to listen and make sure everything went smoothly. Whenever your vehicle has issues it can be stressful but Karen made the whole experience a lot easier.
Car buying made easy!! Ryan was awesome to work with. After test driving a Ford Maverick I wanted to think about the purchase before jumping in. When I asked to run the numbers they offered a very fair amount for my trade and came back with a good number for the truck. Not pushy and no b.s.. Service after the sale has been top notch. Finally a dealer that knows how to take care of customers!!
