I am BEYOND grateful for the team here! I got into an accident and had damage to my vehicle and a little over two weeks and my car was in pristine condition. Not only was the damage fixed but they tidied the interior of my car! I had asked if they were able to help me put my new license plate on and they did that as well. I cannot thank them enough. These folks are fantastic. My car was involved in a collision a few weeks ago and Hertrich's Collision team brought my car back like new. A very big thank you to Meghan (account mgr. for my claim), Lu (reception), David (manager), and the body shop team for making an otherwise stressful situation, not so much. The collision center just does not answer the phone and every single worker is clueless. It took days for us to get our truck towed from there.
