Betsy at Hertrich’s made an out of state purchase seamless. This was the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. They delivered the vehicle to us free of charge and even replaced a faceplate that was missing on the 4wd. I would highly recommend this facility. A+++
2025 TRAILBLAZER METAL SHAVINGS IN TRANSMISSION. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE A QUALIFIED MECHANIC FOR TRANSMISSIONS!!!!! go to any dealership other than hertrich. to the owner of the corvette that's been sitting in front of mine waiting 3+months could ya call corporate so maybe they'll help you .... hertrich takes your vehicle saying they'll fix it only to find out a month later they havent even touched it because they do NOT have a qualified person to work on transmissions. soooo why take my car knowing it needs a new transmis... read more
I don't recommend this location. I've had nothing but issues since I purchased my vehicle in Oct. 2020 physically with vehicle itself and just the in general service center not being good!!!! If I make an appointment at 9am on a Wednesday, my vehicle should start to be worked on shortly after 9am on Wednesday. The service advisor Ray (who was doing his best to get all information he could for me) told me that it should be reworded to say that is more of a "check-in time" and not an "appointment"..
