My experience with Salisbury of Hertrich was deeply disappointing. As a Deaf couple, we felt like they took advantage of us in several ways. They pressured us into signing paperwork for damage to a rental car that we had no involvement with. In addition, they attempted to use my wife's credit information without her consent, which is a serious violation of trust. I tried to drop my car off for an oil change and was told I needed to wait in the waiting area to drop off my keys because I couldn't hear someone else's personal information while they checked in. I wasnt even by the desk then she allowed others to stand there. I wanted over 25 minutes to check my car in for an oil change while I had someone waiting to give me a ride. She walked past me at least 4 times and ignored me.
