10/10 recommend this location. I called last minute in desperate need of an oil change. They took me in. Got me fixed up. Everybody treated me very well. The cashiers inside were very complementing, All the tech people on the service side were very kind and outgoing towards me. The sales people out front were very helpful showing me where to go to get to the service department overall perfect experience!

Betsy at Hertrich’s made an out of state purchase seamless. This was the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. They delivered the vehicle to us free of charge and even replaced a faceplate that was missing on the 4wd. I would highly recommend this facility. A+++
