We bought our 2021 Chevy suburban new and have had it serviced at Hertrich Chevrolet of Salisbury since we bought her but now, I feel that my loyalty has come to an end at a short time due to a very disappointing recent trip. I took my suburban for and oil change and asked that they look at my Auto Stop which stopped working. I was informed that it was due to my battery (even though my battery checked out health per there Certified GM mechanic) and would need to leave it over night for recharge or buy a new battery. She was completely empathetic and understanding of my issues and complaints on 17' GMC Yukon XL Denali. Kiana was my service representative and went above and beyond my expectations. She was courteous and knowledgeable. She made sure my vehicle was in good hands and any issue I wanted addressed was taken care of.
Went for an oil change. Not a long wait and staff was friendly.
I had the worst experience getting my car worked on. The communication was horrible with my Service Advisor Katie . I came for a diagnostic test so I could know the issue with my car , I was told I was in need of a sensor and other repairs that I didn't realize I needed but I put my trust in them hoping they were telling me the right thing and being truthful with me.
