Unfortunately, our recent experience was extremely disappointing. We had our eye on a vehicle listed as “in transit” on their website. Knowing we’d be out of town during its expected arrival, we visited the dealership in advance, spent two hours there, and placed a deposit to secure first right of refusal once it arrived. Hertrick Chevrolet advertised in both Cargurus and their website that they completed a full service review of a 2015 Corvette that I had planned to purchase. On the day I was going down to perform a test ride and purchase the vehicle, I arrived at the dealership to find the car in the service garage with the hood up and engine covers and hardware laying on the floor. During a difficult time with our family I had to downsize our vehicle to a used car. During my test drive was given a predetermined route by the salesman that lasted all of 10 min. In our state of desperation I Purchased the vehicle. Issues arose immediately with the vehicle, however, at the time we had family medical issues still at hand and I did not have ability to address them with the dealership. Dover Chevrolet are selling unsafe used vehicles. Have been to Dover Chevrolet three times with codes going off since I purchased my car two months ago. Took it to a different machanic ... For a price they informed me that I have a tire leak from the bead, that Dover Chevrolet couldn't find in Three and half hours. The other machanic's FOUND I have a muffler leak ... that isn't covered under warranty! Transmission is leaking... As a customer knowing how much it would cost to perform work on my car at Hertrich Chevrolet ,I feel I was overcharged and I was pretty much it is what it is and your gonna pay the price stated , no offered to meet me in the middle or make some attempt to lower the amount stated and I feel being my car was out of warranty , I was at the mercy being I needed my car fixed and I had faith in them because they were a Chevrolet Dealer
