Long story short...If you can find the vehicle you want somewhere else, go there. Hertrich Chevy doesn’t care about customers after the get their money. First let me say that the guy I worked with to buy my new Tahoe was awesome, if you have to buy a vehicle from Hertrich Chevy use Devin, he was great! Terrible business! I have bought several vehicles from them over the years. Service department is pathetic and management is a joke.
It was amazing they got me the Chevy Traverse I wanted it was at a different location and had it waiting for me to look at when I got there. My salesman was Jason Deal and he was perfect! He made the whole experience amazing! Got my deal done in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Just so helpful! He is truly the best car salesman I’ve had by far. The service staff are just delightful to deal with. So friendly, efficient, but also very professional
Our Service Advisor Ladonna did a great job keeping us informed about the progress of our service. The transmission we needed was on national back order, so our truck was at the dealership for about six weeks waiting on the part.
