Water pump went out in our way to the beach. My wife, my one year old and I were 7 hours from home and they couldn’t help us in any way shape for form until the next week. Guess since it’s was under warranty they don’t care much about actually helping. Then, since I found Easton Auto Care who had a heart and was willing to help, GM wouldn’t cover the warranty work. We started looking online for our next new SUV and came across Hertrich of Easton. We communicated with Bonita at first and she answered all of our questions without hesitation. Once we made the final decision to look at the 2026 GMC Terrain Elevation, we made an appointment to see Alex. He was very helpful and made it much easier to take that final step in purchasing our new SUV. From Ms. Bonita, to Alex then to Kendall they all were amazing, and we would definitely recommend Hertrich to all of our friends and family!
