I gave Hertrich 5 stars, which is something I never do. All I can say is that my family and I had a great experience. It's actually Kaleb that I gave 5 stars to. He was awesome. He made our car buying experience a pleasurable one. We had chosen 3 different cars we were interested in, but had to wait for them to be brought to us from another car lot. Nick was the salesman we worked with and was very nice and accessible. We were treated good by all of the team at this dealership.
We were highly satisifed with the service we received. The specific vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, but the General Manager made sure to locate one and it was there within a few days. The process with the finance person was quick and went very smoothly. We are delighted with the purchase of our Encore and highly recommend this dealership.
