Great experience. Our salesman Tom Disharoon was not pushy and very accommodating to our requirements. He stayed the course through our search when other dealers either lost interest and patience or inundated us with inventory that was not conducive to our original specifications. It was pleasant experience all the way around, from the search to the purchase.

I had my buick 2017 enclave serviced for a recall issue and this place was outstanding. Thru scheduling with Jeff and the service performed with Shane and his staff was great. I had an appointment at 1 pm arriving at 12;30 and was out by 1 with recall completed. I recommend this dealership service department for anyone
I gave Hertrich 5 stars, which is something I never do. All I can say is that my family and I had a great experience. It's actually Kaleb that I gave 5 stars to. He was awesome. He made our car buying experience a pleasurable one. We had chosen 3 different cars we were interested in, but had to wait for them to be brought to us from another car lot.
