Service appointment went well. Found a recall and fixed that along with the oil change. They had a clean and well stocked waiting room.

I purchased a Buick Encore GX Avenir yesterday July 14th with the awesome assistance of Brendan Tymon. He is low key, NO pressure, and patient to the nth degree with a customer, any customer. Worst experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Lied to on the phone before I came to look at the vehicle about price. Also they were not prompt with communication. After agreeing on an "out the door price", total was over what was agreed on! Will never purchase a vehicle from any Hertrich dealer again!
