Very caring and knowledgeable staff. The most friendly and helpful I’ve seen in a long time. They’re all personable and just nice to be around. Dr Hertnky Very thorough and explains very well and it’s always open for questions. I highly highly recommend this office in this doctor They have a great selection of frames for everyone and have contacts
Wonderful place, all the employees are so nice and so sweet, they handled my audiHD child with such sweetness and encouragement to get through the process which is unimaginably hard for her with the new place new sensory and different machines. They were a blessing to find and they take Medicaid which is just amazing! They have very up to date equipment to be the most accurate eye exam you will possibly get around these towns. Hertneky Vision is to the medical field as Chick-fil-A is to the fast food industry. Top of the game. Efficient, kind, informative, cares about the customer and experience all the way around. I thought customer service was almost gone in most industries…. But this showed me it’s not gone… the gems are still out there.
