Our home warranty sent them to diagnose and repair our AC. Tech was here MAYBE 20 and had us back up and running. Appreciate the quick response to our warranty company and getting us cooled back down
Hertless was sent to us by our warranty company Choice to do some repairs on our HVAC. Our unit was not turning off and had too much heat and the thermostat was not working. The only way we could turn our unit off was to switch it off in the panel box. Hertless came out and diagnosed our issue and told us that our mother board had went out. They said that they could find the part to replace and get it up running. A week later Monday 2/17 they arrived to fix our unit and it took about an hour or so. Our heat went out right before last week’s snowstorm, but they got our HVAC system up and running just enough to get us through. We had to wait for a part to fully fix it, and they came out on Presidents’ Day to install it. Great service—friendly, professional, and fairly priced. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends in Lakeside and RVA!
I was very disappointed in the company! This company tried to use me, by swindling his bill that the warranty company had charged him for the mistake he made make. He came in accessed the problem, reported back and left us stranded in the cold weather for over a month! Sent by warranty company. Paid for expensive system recharge at my own expense but the evaporator coils were not checked and we're leaking. So the money was wasted. Appears that the information given to the warranty company was not totally accurate.
