My child needed to see a specialist and he was the perfect doctor for us. My son asked if Dr. Hertler could be his babysitter next time one was needed! Such compassion and truly cared about the treatment we needed and explained what to expect and was spot on! Wish I could give 10 stars!
I have been a patient of Dr. Hertler for many years. When I first saw him, I suffered from chronic sinus infections. He performed surgery on my sinuses, which were almost completely blocked with polyps. The results were miraculous. Some years later he did another minor surgery. I’ve gone from two or three sinus infections a year to one every couple of years. He is kind, attentive, and always intelligent and helpful. I very highly recommend him

I had a great experience with Dr. Hertler. First of all I was coming from overseas and my timelines were very tight. His office provided all the necessary tests that I would need so I could get them done in my country of residence. They were able to schedule my consultation and surgery on back-to-back days with my follow-up 8-days later, which was perfect to my schedule. Dr. Hertler did a great job of explaining all the details of my condition and providing a good explanation of surgery.
Dr. Hertler listens, and I can tell he cared. He is very adept at explaining conditions and procedures and he completely puts me at ease. I had seen Dr. Hertler five years ago for a swallowing issue. Recently, for an opinion on nose surgery to fix a deviated septum. I scheduled the surgery with him based on the confidence instilled in the office visit.
