Completely impersonal, frank and simply rude. I run a medical practice, which also happens to use ZocDoc, and I unsay and the importance of great customer service. After disclosing my past experiences , along with the fact that I'd had a radiograph of my foot exposed within the past month , with no significant findings, he then proceeded to place my foot on the X-ray unit- WITH NO WARNING!
