Working with Chad has had such a positive impact on my life I cannot do it enough justice in writing, it is something you have to experience for yourself, but I will try my best! After speaking to a few other coaches, I picked Melissa because she had the most fully-baked material. Change is hard, so it was important to me to work with someone who wasn't just going off their intuition, but rather had a structure that had been tested and tuned. (Melissa does have terrific intuition and brings it to bear beautifully. But she's not guessing about what will work.) I got exactly the tools and results I was hoping for and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I found Herst Wellness during a time in my life in which I was feeling stuck in an extreme rut. I was extremely unhappy at work and, in general, felt pretty numb to a lot of emotion.
