Edited Review: In short - get EVERYTHING in writing in the same color pen. General sales manager is good and is a man of integrity, watch out for Jes (assistant manager) - he's not as much, and Ken. I called ahead before driving 1 1/2 hours to look at a car and was told they would accept $13,000 for it. Upon arrival they told me they would only sell it for $13,750 so just know that going in if they give you a price over the phone.
