Had a great experience with the service team. My car was due for its 1st service since my purchase, I was able to make the appointment easily, was greeted and my car was taken into service right away. Brian Cuello was my advisor and provided excellent service. I will be happy to come back again.
This may be the last time I ever go to this location. My service advisor Brian Cuello, has no respect for customers time and repeatedly provided false or contradictory information in an apparent attempt to cover up mistakes. On 11/21/25, my car shut off in the middle of the road and was towed by AAA to Herson Kia, 15531 Frederick Rd, Rockville, MD 20855. I had a great experience with the service team here. My first time here taking an EV9 and was impressed by the customer service and attention to detail by the staff. Arturo went above and beyond to answer my questions calmly and addressed my concerns with the 12v battery issue I was having. They also performed updates and recalls needed on the car. Another great service is the uber they provide for their customers.
Have been taking my 2028 Niro here for regular service. Great low mileage car rarely needs much. Helpful team, work ready when promised. On latest visit they paid to Uber me home and back so I didnt have long wait there. Recommend Herson for buying and servicing.
Excellent responsiveness. Good service. Arturo in particular has provided me great service. Electric charging/ wash and vacuum can sometimes be unavailable unless you wait a much longer time, but they are prompt to let you know when your car is ready after servicing for pickup. Professional behavior
