This is in regards to the Wauwatosa location. The staff here is rude and unprofessional. My kids (Minor children) said the woman who does the pre-exam was rude to them and was rude to the doctor as well while I was not present. The doctor even asked her what her problem was. When my kids told me this I thought she just had a bad day but that's her all the time- I got to experience that for myself when I called up there to check on a status of kids my contacts. I will not go to Herslof ever again. It has been 4 weeks, and I'm told it would at least be another week before the glasses I ordered may be ready. When calling the corporate office, nobody is in the office except for a receptionist. People need their glasses! Fix whatever you need to do because this is not acceptable. Edited in response: I already left voicemail and it has still gone un-returned. Why would I call back again when I'm still waiting for someone to call me? Why don't you call me back to resolve this matter?
