great store as well as fantastic customer service!! highly recommend calling and booking your appointments here!
I will not go to Herslof ever again. It has been 4 weeks, and I'm told it would at least be another week before the glasses I ordered may be ready. When calling the corporate office, nobody is in the office except for a receptionist. People need their glasses! Fix whatever you need to do because this is not acceptable. Edited in response: I already left voicemail and it has still gone un-returned. Why would I call back again when I'm still waiting for someone to call me? Why don't you call me back to resolve this matter?
