Never Returning Customer-A Back Door Experience On two recent visits,I was very displeased w/ the customer service I received from the Receptionist at the Whitefish Bay Herslof's location. As I entered the facility she was on the telephone rolling her eyes to the back of her head as she spoke to a client, after the call, never acknowledging me she looked up widening her eyes like"YEAH" which immediately turned me off. 2 months and still waiting... I went there on 11/26/08 for an exam and pick my glasses. It's 1/22/09 and I still haven't heard anything on when to pick up my glasses. I called and left a message, no one called me back. All the staff were nice and friendly but the waiting is too long. The frame on my glasses that I have now broke. I just super glue it together so it won't fall apart... just bearing with it. Wish they would call me and tell me why it's taking so long.
