Hersolf's is without a doubt the worst place you can go for an appointment/eyeglasses/whatever. They have no regard fro the law and will deny you your prescription, claiming they are only authorized to give it to other optometrist. They will claim that they are busy and will call you back when you are inquiring about replacement glasses, if you are lucky enough to get them to answer the phone. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the Doctor. One of the receptionist is very unprofessional! From the moment I walked in you can hear her complaining. Instead of watching videos, being on facebook, wondering how many appointments are left and when she's taking her break, she need to being trying to help the patients and listen to rhe question fully before trying to answer them.

Customer Service SUCKS!!!!! I called and the woman cut me off saying I needed to contact my carrier to set up an appointment. I kept starting a sentence and she KEPT repeating herself. THEN she started talking to someone else while she was on the phone with me. I had to force my way into the conversation to tell her I have been there before. THEN she tells me I need to come in to see if I can get a replacement. POOR Quality of service.
