I would never live here again! This review has nothing to do with the front desk staff they were amazing to me and 5 star reviews all around for them! But to whom this may concern in corporate, this place has by far been the worst place for me to live and I have lived in 4 different apartments. We lived at Hershey Heights for more than four years, and our move-out experience was extremely disappointing. I originally moved there as a medical resident working at Hershey Medical Center, and it seemed like a convenient choice for someone affiliated with Penn State Health. This property presents itself as a “luxury” apartment complex, but in reality it is a poorly managed, poorly maintained building that relies heavily on marketing visuals (pool, “updated” units, 24-hour gym access, car wash station) that do not reflect day-to-day living conditions.
