Horrible experience dealing with a problem all I get is chasing a tail over who needs to be contacted for a issue. If this is the beginning of a reservation I am scared to see the outcome. The chat center is off shore they cannot be that incompetent. 4 different number and everyone one of them push it off, Zero managers have called back.
