If i could give them 0 stars I would . This realtor agency represents the sellers for a purchase my father for a home he has been in contract in for several months now . Agent GINA has been very difficult to get in contact with from the very beginning we are 3 days away from having this transactions canceled because of her unprofessional work antics . Ms. Pena I apologize that you we misinformed about the realtor/client relationship and home buying process. I was not the buyers agent in this sale, I represented the seller. You were represented by your Buyers agent and Buyers attorney both of whom I was in constant contact. I am sure they advised you to work through them. It was their responsibility to work on your behalf.
