Very rude owner! Owner kept going back and forth on what he expected for install, how the water levels were supposed to be....I started documenting phone calls because of the rudeness and how many times things had changed from the first time he said it. We had troubles with the filtration. This, after we purchased the hot tub that the owner boasted he had fixed the filtration on. I am sorry that you feel you had a poor experience. As seen from your post, Hershberger's went ALL out to take care of the problems on this used spa. It is a brand that we normally do not sell, and when we contacted Master Spa regarding the filtration problem, they said something about a design flaw in this 2001 spa. As a result, we did fix the problem with the filtration and stood behind our 4 month used hot tub warranty. Honest and hardworking family owned business! They go out of their way for their customers and can fix any hot tub or spa! Highly recommend!
Perry, Linda and Becky have been great to work with. We love our new hot tub! And the weather was snowy and windy when it came time to deliver it (our alley was blocked off by a snowdrift) so it was transported down the alley on an elk sled!!

Although this business is small, it offers LOTS of products, knowledge and service. The owner gives advice and assistance in working on your own hot tub, and you can buy your parts from them. Ive had to order in certain parts, but they arrived in just a few days. Good company to deal with!
