This closing was this easiest experience ever. I was overly stressed trying to keep a nouse that was rented but once I was ready to sell I contacted Hersh Shah Group and it started going uphill from there. I met Hersh through the BiggerPockets real estate agent finder. Overall, I will say that my experience was fine but the transaction interest petered out from the team right before close of my property this week. I would not recommend the firm unless you have a larger deal flow or 1M of opportunity as their positioning in their marketing focuses on out of state investors. Hersh and his entire team were absolutely fantastic! The whole team communicated with us so well and they were always on top of every detail. We felt very supported through the entire process and everyone was so nice to work with. We even closed on our home in a record time of 18 days!
