This closing was this easiest experience ever. I was overly stressed trying to keep a nouse that was rented but once I was ready to sell I contacted Hersh Shah Group and it started going uphill from there. Hersh and his team have been amazing to work with. I closed on my first rental property yesterday. Him and his team have been exceptional in all facets leading up to the closing. He has been extremely attentive to anything that I needed, always available, a good resource with other contacts on his real estate team and very easy to work with.
