I met Hersh through the BiggerPockets real estate agent finder. Overall, I will say that my experience was fine but the transaction interest petered out from the team right before close of my property this week. I would not recommend the firm unless you have a larger deal flow or 1M of opportunity as their positioning in their marketing focuses on out of state investors.
