The office is very convenient for me. The employees were very courteous. The appointment was on time and Dr. Hersh is very professional.
There was no waiting and the waiting room was comfortable and relaxing. The appointment moved smoothly and quickly. Dr. Hersh explained everything, listened and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I left feeling like I had finally found a Dr. who would provide care and treatment beyond just band aids on a problem.
Sad that the office said Dr Hirsch would not see my 4 year old after reviewing her chart until next April (called in October). How can anyone in good conscience leave a symptomatic 4 year old with a worsening condition and in pain, to wait for over 6 months. Primary care office called and they wouldn't even return her call either.
I’ve been going to Dr Hersh for many many years and she is fantastic. She thinks outside the box, she’s great at what she does, plus she’s such a lovely person. I’m so glad I found her all those years ago.
