Absolutely ridiculous. On hold for over 1 hour and 10 mins to make an appointment. Who knows when they’ll pick up. After 1.5 hours on hold they hung up one me.
Wonderful Dr. i feel like i won the lottery when i am able to get an appointment with Dr. Hersh. So thorough and experienced. Really takes the time with her patients.
Dr Hersh leaves time for some questions or concerns. this particular visit was to go over results of genetic testing . dr hersh explained the results in as much depth as she could and in a way that was able to be understood. she’s always very pleasant

I've been going to Dr. Hersh for over 15 years. I moved to NC in 2018 but continue to travel to NJ for my appointments. She is the most caring doctor I have ever had and has always been quick to diagnose issues, order tests and refer to other doctors if necessary. I highly recommend her for patients of any age.
