I've worked for a Prosthetic and Orthotic company for about 10 years now and have only used Hersco for ordering orthotics. Liliana is my main contact and she has always delivered excellent customer service. The quality of custom foot orthotics is unmatched. For as long as I am practicing, Hersco will always be my go to for quality custom foot orthotics.

Hersco made the brace for my foot. It FELL APART three times the first month. I was on vacation, and I had to finish the trip without it. It RUBBED ME RAW the whole time that I wore it. I returned to Bluegrass Bracing several times to get it “adjusted “. ,but it still rubbed my skin off. HORRIBLE. How can they charge for this? I finally QUIT WEARING IT. I have worn orthotics for 26 years and have never had a pair as effective or comfortable as these. They have become my best friend !

Certainly the custom orthotics and other lower body (extremity for my industry colleagues) products you should purchase. All of my doctor clients order from Hersco for their clients and they rave about them. I may have a few pair myself, but hush on that. Also, Hersco provides a superior level of customer service and product trouble shooting that actually helps. They answer the phones, emails, etc., and they figure out problems with you ASAP. That's special. I highly recommend Hersco!
