A friend of mine had some work done by this guy and he recommended him. So I gave him a shot and I'm glad I did.He was hired to knock out a punch list of all kinds of tasks like install plumbing fixtures and fans, finish wiring audio , troubleshoot low voltage wiring and program the automated lighting. Very courteous presence while in the home, very accomodating, and a good price against competitors. However, what I saved in cost I gave up in reliability, quality of work and a timely finished product. I chose to hire someone for double to get the half completed job done after two months of waiting.
