Beware of scams when your lawyer says “sounds like a scam”!!!! After you put so much work in and they try to sell an unbuildable lot!!!
I don't know where to begin. A simple cash loan land purchase turned into a nightmare web of people trying to 'coordinate' building, inspections, etc. Avoid a realtor named zumbo at all costs. Didn't know anything about property and tried to con an elderly Marine vet. Created nothing but headaches for everyone.
I worked with Jaimee Tormey at Herron on a large piece of property with a cute, secluded cabin. She made this transaction SO easy- it was seamless from start to closing! I would recommend Jaimee to all Sellers & Buyers to work with.
