Upon moving in the manager kept putting off giving us our keys to move in because there were cleaning "issues" (the 'cleaning lady' did nothing but wipe down counters, come to find out the manager is the cleaning lady). Everyone we have talked to has moved into an unclean apartment and given a credit of around $50 towards rent. There are many maintenance issues, and since I wasn't informed, I will let you know.... the maintenance men are deaf and cannot talk.
