Of course your garage door breaks during non-business hours - Sunday afternoon. But these guys were on call and came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Didn't even charge me the service call because he was already in the area.

They are fast and super honest. I'm really happy with their services. I had to call to schedule for our condo building recently when the garage door kept sticking. They had someone out that afternoon. The technician was the one that came by to help. He was fast and able to fix our problem. He was also very honest and even gave us a free quote if we ever needed to replace the 10 year old garage door opener which he said shouldn't need to be done for a while. Very happy with the service!

I called @ 8 am Saturday morning. They came out and fixed my garage by noon the same day. These are nice, honest, and hardworking people. A+

Terrible experience! This is my first time ever utilizing a garage door service company. I made an appointment for someone to come over to fix my garage door springs and was quoted between $70 -$150 per spring and $40 for labor. When the guy arrived his prices were completely different, he told me $129 for labor and $169 per spring! Pretty sure this company hires contract workers to come out and these contractors give you whatever prices they choose to charge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SCHEDULING WITH THIS COMPANY!

I've used these people for years. They came out yesterday after I noticed some unusual sounds coming from the garage door opener. They fixed what needed to be fixed at a very reasonable cost.
