If your child is sick please take them to the ER they have better care. The office staff is nice but Dr. Herrmann really needs to take listening 101. We get better care at the ED then from her.
I would leave ZERO stars but in order to leave a comment I have to leave ONE star. Have been going for years. All of a sudden only Medical Is Accepted. Had appt set up for months. Door was locked and had to knock to get in. Was told they don't take my Insurance anymore. No warning. No email. No letter. No consideration to patient care!!' DO NOT GO HERE.
My daughter has been a patient since her very 1st Dr. visit and at almost 12,doesn't ever want to change.The staff has always been warm,kind and treat her like family.Dr. Herrmann takes superb care and time with her whenever we visit.We never feel rushed and never made to feel like any question or concern is trivial or silly,and believe me,when I was a brand new mother,I probably asked plenty of silly questions! We have moved a few towns away but consider the level of comfort worth trip!
