Vickie Summerall is extremely rude and handled my situation so poorly. She left out so much information i needed to know and 3 years later i find out about fines i had no clue about. I wish I would’ve recorded the conversation because it was actually insane. Be prepared to be yelled at, insulted, and gaslit. I do not recommend this firm at all.
Paul and his team took my evidence. They researched additional information and police reports. Paul met with Prosecuting attorney in negotiation several times. He settled my case outside of court I recommend his grit and common sense to stand up for his client while representing legal rights and his passion for what's fair
I would rate him a zero if I could. Basically did absolutely nothing for 30k....nothing! Zero communication and utter disorganization from this guy and his secretary. Thought he was a criminal defense attorney however after hiring him its as though he's still working for the DAs office. Don't be fooled. Definitely would not recommend him.
