They will let you know, and work with you to find the best possible solution. We use them a lot, we have bought a vehicle, had another vehicle towed, and had them work on vehicles that we have not had the time or resources to work on. I recommend them to anyone that asks me for a mechanic or place to buy a reasonable vehicle in Kinston.
