I had a tree downed by the recent hurricane and called Harrington to come give me a quote. A few days later I was told Matt was on the way. After waiting for most of the day I called them back and asked where he was and was told he had gotten delayed. That should have been a sign. After finally getting an estimate I told them I was flexible as to when they could complete the job. Extremely satisfied. Reviewed tree trimming needs to remove limbs from several trees on and next to our property. Provided fair estimate. Matt Herrington contacted the neighbors for permission to come on their property and then scheduled service. Matt arrived before the crew to let me know their schedule, and then reviewed the job with them. They worked most of the day and completed on time.
