I scheduled a new patient visit with Dr.Kingston, he was amazing! He listened to all of my issues and was very attentive to me! I felt like I was his only patient for the day. He will now become my new primary care doctor. Thank you Dr.Kingston, and the amazing staff at this facility! 💕
Terrible care from M Hill-FNP-C, she is too rude to treat a patient, she does not answer questions, she leaves you talking alone, my worst experience with this urgent care.-
HORRIBLE patient care at this facility, low staffing. Christus has unfortunately gone downhill. Please go to Tyler Complete Care if you value your time and want adequate medical care. I took my son, less than 2 years old to this clinic on Grande. We get there and the front desk receptionist tells me it will be a 30-45 minute wait (3 other people ahead us) so an hour passes and my son is having a harder time. I ask if we could have an update.
