Dr. Herring went above and beyond with our pup. He gave us hope when others had given none. He treated us with compassion and kindness as did all the staff. I have a vet for life!!
Couldn't imagine going anywhere else with my fur babies. Staff is always super kind and the Dr is the best!
Vet was good... but WATCH THE BILLING!!! They charge for things NOT DONE! I was charged for a distemper that I, repeat ... I... gave! I told them of this and PROVED it! They do NOT check your animal's records! When I got home... I looked at paperwork... They STILL CHARGED ME! The ONLY vac I got there was Rabies vac! But paper showed another!!! Like I said... Vet was good ... But he needs to FIRE the OFFICE STAFF!!!
I've been with Herring Veterinary for many years now! I have English Bulldogs and they are very knowledgable of the breed and their possible health problems. I would recommend them to everyone! Great "bedside" manner, too! Even the office staff are friendly!
I would recommend anyone to Dr. Herring. He is kind and very great with animals, but would highly suggest that people stay away from Dr. Desantis. She is rude and only cares about the money, not the animals.
