I've been going to Dr. Herring for about 25 years.. I have always found him courteous, efficient and conservative in his treatment protocol. Dr. Herring is, like me, and aging endurance athlete so he understands my needs and concerns very well.
One of THE most professional, knowledgeable and thorough doctors of any profession I have ever been to! I was referred to Dr. Herring by another podiatrist and have been his patient for three years now. He is a most unassuming guy with no ego involved in his work and is consistent with his care. He simply wants to fix your feet and get you going again!! He has also chosen a staff who are calm, helpful, friendly and professional. Dr. Herring is the best podiatrist in all of Eastern Washington!!!
My experience with Dr. Herring was very good, however, the folks that do the billing are slow to bill (took 2 months to receive my first bill which was marked over due 60 days), and quote incorrect prices. They then sent my account to collections after one "choice letter" and no courtesy call. Extremely poor customer service on behalf of the office staff dealing with billing issues. Now, I can no longer see Dr. Herring because of "company policy" as a result of inept billing.
