The worst bank in Amarillo, rude, unprofessional. They put the wrong pin number on my temporary card, said our new cards would be in the mail but the did not order the cards, waited three weeks only to find out they were never ordered, falsely stated they fixed it but instead deactivated the card. Holds on the account and limits on how much to spend. Save your time bank somewhere else.
Absolute WORST bank I have ever experienced banking at!
They won’t cash a check from their own bank if you don’t have an account here.. make it make sense!
