Hamp and his team went out of his way to help me out of a bind after breaking down out of town… not only did he take time out of his already jampacked schedule, but he even came up to the auto parts store to install my alternator since the van was dead in the water A+++++ these are your guys!
I feel so lucky to have found Herring Auto! When I moved from a larger city to a rural area, I worried I wouldn't be able to find a quality shop to replace my trusted mechanic. Then I came across this gem! The owner, Hamp, is always friendly and helpful, and my mechanic, Richard, has successfully helped me keep my 2005 4runner on the road. This shop is honest, knowledgeable and charges fair prices. I wont take my car to anyone else in the area!
I can’t say enough about the incredible kindness and help we received from the owner and his son on Thanksgiving Day. When most places were closed and we were completely stuck with a flat tire, they went out of their way to help us get back on the road. Not only did they show up on a holiday, but they treated us with genuine care and patience. Had a fantastic experience with Herring auto. We were stranded after our wheel came loose and damaged the rim. He had us up and back on the rode quickly and was super reasonable with his rates. I hope you dont need it, but if you do. This guy was truly phenomenal.
Hamp got me in right away and took care of my truck and trailer , would highly recommend and definitely coming back if I’m ever in the area
