Very nice and clean place worker very nice great service people very good customer service great as well
The absolute worst Lexus location I have been to. It takes 4+hours for an oil change EVERY time. If you leave a message for a service advisor or service manager, they will not call you back.
Scheduled an appointment to get my battery replaced because it was under warranty. They told me that it was not under warranty and wanted to charge me almost $400 for a new battery. I will go buy a battery and take care of any future service elsewhere.
