This place is a scam and charged my credit card random amounts at random times without my consent and are difficult to get a hold of to get the reasons for the charges. I’m going to report them. I did not receive any bills or statements before or after the charges and no explanation of what I am being charged for.
Counselor was helpful and gave us tools and advice that made a positive impact. Unfortunately the billing and scheduling department did not tell us my EAP was not accepted even though they confirmed they received the authorization number in the information I provided before the first appointment. We were not expecting to be billed and found out after charges showed up on our credit card statement. Good luck getting anyone on the phone.....
I love Sarah S. I feel very comfortable with her and she always remembers what we have talked about in the past. She follows up on things from the previous visit. Sends me an email with resources pertaining to the prior visit. I work full time, i’m a full time student. They are very accommodating when i need to reschedule.
Valerie is an amazing therapist. Highly recommend seeing her.
