Very shitty
They need more variety in the storefront! I understand they could order any tool into the store for you, but at that point it’s cheaper, faster, and more convenient to just Amazon/ebay. Besides, I want to touch and feel how the tool functions before I buy it, rather than look at a picture of it on a screen. And what if I needed it right then and there, which is why i’d go to a brick and mortar like Herrick?
