I want to give a big shout-out to Tom and Jesse from Herrera’s Towing and Recovery. From the moment they arrived, Tom shook my hand, introduced himself, and carried himself with complete professionalism. Both he and Jesse were extremely polite, respectful, and handled the tow with care and skill. Was told 250 charged 300 they got you over the barrel going to impound if I don't have it they're sending two trucks to do what one will do then both come to my house as if trying to intimidate ,crooks, last choice , Yes my truck came 4 wheel drive ,but if you would have asked or looked under the truck you would have seen no transfer case or front driveshaft my truck could be towed with your wheel lift no problem,and it was also known at the time price was given that it was 4x4 also the reason I was given for the price incre... read more

The service was timely and great, but almost $500 to tow 5 miles... I wouldn't personally do that to people and be able to sleep at night. Be reasonable.
