they dont honor their return/refund policy and are charging a service fee for replacing a bad tire they sold us... I will be contacting the bbb and whoever I else I see fit to handle this.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! We went to buy a used tire and replace a valve stem. We ended up purchasing 4 used tires and upon having them installed were told we actually needed 3 valve stems replaced. Not even 48 hrs later the original valve stem we went to replace appeared to be leaking. We realized it WAS the original valve stem and NEVER was replaced. Only offer 8 day warranty because their tires are subpar even by a "used"tire standard. MOST used tire shops offer 30 day. Normally i pay$40 other places this one charged me$60. They will NOT refund or honor their warranties.. BUYER BEWARE... If u purchase a low profile tires here new or used there is ZERO days warranty. Avoid this place
They don't like refunding on tires. My tire was bad and I went back the next day to ask for a refund. They chose to deal with the cops instead of doing the right thing because I got upset when they didn't honor the refund policy of 8 days. So I still have a bad tire cause the cops didn't make them fix it or give a refund. Beware!
