I have had some great doctors over the years, & 1 of the best~ hands down, no doubt about it—> is Nurse Practitioner Nicol Mboya. She is very attentive, sensitive & passionate about what is best for the patient. Plus she is quite thorough, not wanting to miss anything, but making sure I get the best possible care & treatment. Nicol is gently up front, respectfully & patiently answers all questions, wonderings & concerns I have, & helps me understand things well. I went to the clinic in Bedford and saw Dr Mboya... the most horrible doctor I’ve ever experienced! Refused to fill my prescriptions after I paid $300 for a full visit including lab work! It’s an incredibly important prescription! It has caused me a bad situation involving a baby I nanny for! Putting the baby at risk! I don’t even know what to do right now. Don’t have money to go to another doctor and have no health insurance! She’s horrible and rude and no one should ever go there!
My wife and I have been patients of Richard Easton for years - he is the best. Had an appointment this morning and was very pleased as usual.
Dr. Herrera has been my pain management doctor for a long time. He is such a wonderful doctor. He truly cares about his patients. He takes the time with each one and really listens to them. I’m always in and out of the clinic without any problems or major waiting. The staff at the clinic is always on hand to help out if I need anything. Dr. Kremer is a great primary physician. He’s been so good at managing my other health concerns. This is really a great clinic.
1st concern is how safe my information is. Going to their website Herreamedical.org one receives the warning: THIS CONNECTION IS NOT PRIVATE. with a comment stating this website may be impersonating herreamedical.org to steal your personal or financial information. How long has this warning been up? Have they even noticed it? Why is it still up? Is my information at risk? Every day hackers are stealing personal data from healthcare organizations. Return calls. Called 4 times in 2 days to get medication filled. NO reply
This place is absolutley the worst. I saw a nurse on Saturday who said they pharmacy would call me when my RX was ready. It's Tuesday and they stil haven't even called it in. I called Monday, no call back, i called today no call back. I'm extremely frustrated. Thanks for not helping me. This place was 100% better before it was bought out.
