I answered a flyer stating that his fees were 1750.00. I was duped and charged 3700.00 in which he was given over 3000.00 by the trustee. WHEN I SIGNED THE RETAINER I CONFIRMED WHAT THE FEES WERE AND CLEARLY STATED 1750.00, I have sent emails, was told by Secretary that I recorded that he would settle up on our agreement and still nothing.
